What makes your skincare products truly organic?
We prioritize ingredients sourced directly from nature, using 100% grass-fed tallow, organic essential oils, and cold-pressed botanicals. Our products are free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and GMOs.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because we hand-craft our products in small batches to ensure freshness, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or returns?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days of receipt. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our tallow-based balms are biologically compatible with human skin cells, making them incredibly gentle. We recommend our 'Unscented' line for those with extreme sensitivities or reactive skin types.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We strive to be as sustainable as possible by using glass jars and bottles for the majority of our skincare line, which helps preserve the integrity of the organic ingredients and reduces plastic waste.
